According to reports, by the end of this year, Volkswagen will cut 19,000 jobs in Germany, and about 50,000 jobs by 2030. Odaily reported that Fox Business crypto journalist posted on the X platform, stating that according to a banking industry source familiar with related meetings, coordination and communication with senators around stablecoin yields has become a key topic at banking association meetings across the United States. This communication occurs as Capitol Hill discussions have shifted from yield issues to reaching a moral agreement, bridging differences between Banking Committee and Agriculture Committee texts, and how the bill addresses DeFi ahead of a potential full Senate vote. However, the source noted that as senators outside relevant committees gain a deeper understanding of the legislation, yield issues remain "very much on the table." Whether stablecoin yields become a decisive issue again when the bill moves to a full Senate vote remains to be seen.

UK court hears Hussain v Fix case, judge inclined to award compensation in GBP
According to Forbes, the Central County Court in London, UK, heard the Hussain v Fix case on June 18, where the plaintiff demanded the defendant repay 7.806501396 BTC. The judge stated that although UK law recognizes Bitcoin as property, it is uncertain whether the court has the authority to order repayment of debt directly in Bitcoin and tended to prefer compensation in GBP calculated at the price at the time of trial.
